　　百舸争流，奋楫者先;千帆竞渡，勇进者胜。日前，湖南省新闻办指出，“三年来，湖南进出口总额连续跨越5000亿、6000亿、7000亿三个大关。”国际经贸朋友圈拓展到231个国家和地区，今年全省新增进出口企业2623家、总量达2.8万家。

　　In a hundreds boat contest, the vigorous first; in a thousands sails race, the brave wins. Recently, the Hunan Provincial Information Office released that "in the past three years, the total import and export volume of Hunan has continuously crossed three milestones of 500 billion, 600 billion and 700 billion." The circle of international economic and trade friends has expanded to 231 countries and regions, and there are 2,623 new import and export enterprises in the province this year, with a total of 28,000 in total so far.

　　长沙作为省会城市，外贸发展有何特征?“有形之手”与“无形之手”如何作为?新的全球化格局下，又有什么新思路、新目标?

　　What are the characteristics of Changsha's foreign trade development as a provincial capital city? How could the visible hand and the invisible hand act collaboratively? Under the new globalization pattern, what are the new ideas and goals?

　　近日，公司主要负责人胡焕受邀参加由长沙市贸促会、长沙国际商会出品，湖南广播电视台国际频道联合摄制的《Talk Changsha》第五期《长沙窗眼：中国中部省会的外贸之路》。让我们透过长沙这个窗眼，窥见中国及其中部城市的外贸发展历程。一起来听一听这位从事外贸行业三十余年的“外贸老兵”，身在一线感受到的长沙外贸变化及原因。

　　Looking through the window into Changsha, we could observe the foreign trade journey in China and its central cities. This time, let’s talking with this “veteran" who has been engaged in the foreign trade business for more than 30 years. We will focus on his feelings about the changes of Changsha's foreign trade in the front line, and the main causes of those changes.
